+Who can participate?
Interested youth orchestras, choirs, adult and senior orchestras and choirs from Europe and other parts of the world.
+Registration deadline
January 6, 2026 for winter event/May 31, 2026 for summer event.
Early bird registration until November 6, 2025 / December 31, 2025.
+How to register
Send an email to info@volkskulturkreis.de and request a registration form, fill it out, return it, and receive confirmation.
+ Registration Fee:
Per ensemble to cover administrative costs:
100 euros for the “Concerts and Celebrations” category
100 euros for the “Competition” category
Each participating ensemble may request up to 60 free tickets for its own fans and friends for each concert.
Early bird registration entitles the ensemble to a 25% discount on the participation fee..

+Visa and travel information:
If your team needs a visa to travel to Vienna, please contact us by email to request an invitation: info@volkskulturkreis.de
If you need assistance with accommodation during the festival, please contact us to request our partner’s accommodation package.
