Interested youth orchestras, choirs, adult and senior orchestras and choirs from Europe and other parts of the world.

Download the Registration Form, Please send the completed registration form via email to info@volkskulturkreis.de
Additionally please print it, sign it and send it via post with the other registration documents to our office.
+ Registration Fee
Participation in the 7th World Youth Arts Festival is subject to payment of a registration fee (per ensemble to cover administrative costs):
Ensembles choosing Program A: 100 Euro
Ensembles choosing Program B: 300 Euro
Ensembles choosing Program C: 100 Euro
Each participating ensemble can request up to 50 free tickets for their own fans and friends for each concert they attend.
For Early Bird registration (until 30 April 2025), the ensemble receives a 15% discount on the fee.
To reserve your participation in the event, the registration fee must be paid in full by 16 June 2025 (30 April for Early Birds). Banking fees are the responsibility of the registrant.

Important: In case an ensemble cancels its participation, the registration fee will not be refunded.
+Visa and Travel Information
In case that the participating team needs a visa to travel to Vienna, please contact us by email for an invitation: info@volkskulturkreis.de
Or you need assistance in terms of accommodation during the festival, please contact us to request our partner’s accommodation service package.
